All grooming is by appointment only; we do not accept walk-ins. Because we reserve unhurried, one-on-one time for each dog, a missed appointment affects our schedule and other pets. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we will always do the same for you. Our hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30am to 4pm.
Your dog's comfort and safety always come first. Severely matted coats are handled humanely, which may mean a shorter cut rather than painful de-matting. Pricing reflects breed, size, coat condition, behavior, and time required, and quotes may be adjusted at the appointment after we meet your dog. Please disclose any health, age, or behavior concerns before the appointment, and proof of current vaccinations may be requested.
